Deposits
To secure a reservation, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the value of the first nights stay is required. This is payable by debit or credit card only – we no longer accept cheques.
Balance is due upon departure and is payable by cash or debit/credit card.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. In the case of non-arrival, curtailment or if cancellation is made within 7 days of your arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the booking.
Travel insurance can often be used to cover the cost of cancellation.
