All tariffs are per person per night.

Rates above for Fell View and double or twin occupancy are based on two persons sharing. If single occupancy is required of these rooms a £10 per night single supplement is applicable.
All tariffs above are per person per night.
Special breaks are subject to availability, and may not be available during holiday periods.

 Children under 2 years of age are free of charge. Children 2 to 10 years are charged at £20.00 per child per night when sharing room with parents. Children 11 to 15 years are charged at £25.00 per child per night when sharing room with parents. Full adult rate applies to 16 years and over.

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a debit/credit card deposit to the value of the first night's stay, together with written or email confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, we will try to re-let your room. If we are successful, we will refund your deposit. If we are unable to do this, we will not be able to make a refund of your deposit. In the case of non-arrival, or if cancellation is made within 7 days of your arrival, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the booking.

Travel insurance can often be used to cover the cost of cancellation.
